I've been invited to the http://www.manchesterzinefest.org.uk/!!! It sounds really cool.

In other zine news:
NEW AUTONOMOUS PLACE IN BELGRADE

Since we have failed in couple of attempts to keep the
squatted places in Belgrade occupied, Subwar
Collective together with some other individuals, bands
and friends, have decided to rent a place for
different subcultural and libertarian activities. One
of the main purposes of that autonomous place is to
open an infoshop, as this city doesn?t have one.
We ask every group/individual who can and is willing
to help us by donating some printed material, like
books, fanzines, pamphlets, posters, etc..., or in any
other way. Any help is more than appreciated!
Contact us on this e-mail: shavedwomen216@yahoo.com
for the details.
Thanx in advance for your support!

Synthesis Podcasts!
Some of you kids missed some awesome hc vinyl releases in the '90s, so I have started making podcast programmes with some of my favourites. You can download programmes individually, but I recommend subscribing. The first two episodes are collections of English Emo songs released on 7"s in the 1990s.

NB: The podcasts will be too quiet for some folks. I hope to get the sound level sorted soon!

Broken Hearts Are Blue (Last Night's Tattoo)

PLAYLIST:Bob Tilton (Penknife and Pocketwatch, Butterfly, The Orchard Bare, Lilac)Tribute (Names in concrete, Rye-grass)

OUTRO:Cap'n Jazz (Little League)

Synthesis Podcast 2 - UK Emo 2
INTRO: Death Cab For Cutie (Lowell MA)

PLAYLIST:Schema (Double Sun Dark Hills, Penny Dreadful)

Future episodes will hopefully include entire Ebullition compilation LPs and lots of German screamo.

Feedback on the podcasts is welcome by email. I'm still figuring out lots of the techology involved. Thanks to Rudy for technical assistance.
